Phoenix Suns Sign Guard Alando Tucker

The Phoenix Suns announced that they have signed rookie forward Alando Tucker a 6-6, 205-pound forward finished as Wisconsin’s all-time leading scorer. Tucker was the 29th overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

A membership program has been launched from the nation's largest organization of recreational boaters--BoatU.S.--that can help make any fishing trip safe and worry free. "When they are out fishing with friends and family, anglers don't want to worry if something goes wrong--but unfortunately, it does happen," said Mike Pellerin, director of the new BoatU.S. Angler program.

Phoenix, Arizona -- Because of positive fan reaction from the Arizona Diamondbacks inaugural post-game fireworks show at Chase Field on June 23, the D-backs announced today that they will add five additional post-game fireworks shows this season, starting when the team hosts the San Diego Padres on July 14.

Owen Nolan Leaves Coyotes for Calgary Flames

Calgary, Alberta, Canada - Calgary Flames General Manager Darryl Sutter announced today the signing of forward Owen Nolan to a one year contract. As per club policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Nolan, a fifteen-year NHL veteran, was a member of the Phoenix Coyotes last season. He played in 76 games for the Coyotes scoring 16 goals and adding 24 assists for 40 points while accumulating 56 penalty minutes.
