Arizona Western College head baseball coach John Stratton stated, “Coming back in Game 2 is a skill we’ve had consistently over the past 3 weeks. We saw a great pitcher in Game 1, and played poorly in the second half of that game, but we were really pleased we played such a solid second game against a good team. We told them after the game that if we keep doing this, good things will finally come our way, and we’ve got a chance for the playoffs.”
