1st Round - 27th overall - Antoine Cason - CB - 6’0” 190 lbs - from the University of Arizona, Cason impressed most NFL Scouts with his impressive workouts, considered a true cover cornerback. The Sports News Southwest mock draft had projected Cason as the 32nd overall selection. 3rd Round - 69th overall - Jacob Hester - FB - 5’11” 230 lbs - from LSU, Hester can play both fullback and tailback. He's a powerful inside runner and good around the goal line. The Sports News Southwest mock draft had projected Hester as the 157th overall selection. 5th Round - 166th overall - Marcus Thomas - RB - 6’2” 215 lbs - from UTEP, Thomas is quick to the hole and accomplished at getting through it. The Sports News Southwest mock draft had projected Hester as the 157th overall selection. The Sports News Southwest mock draft did not project Thomas as a draft selection. 6th Round - 192nd overall - DeJuan Tribble - CB - 5’9” 190 lbs - from Boston College, Tribble although undersized he displayed solid cover skills.
